浙江蓝城瑞丽家居位于杭州八卦田景区的一幢红砖小楼，沿山路蜿蜒而上，整栋楼体是红砖和落地拱窗构成的建筑形式，室内则是由钢梁搭建的二层建筑和阁楼构成，传统的斜屋顶被掀开，由大面积的玻璃重新构建，引入光与景色。
功能分区与述说自然的语言在是个项目中设计师表达的核心内容。建筑一层为展厅空间，为私宅业主提供设计与产品服务和展示；二层为办公空间，为设计师提供舒适的工作环境。

Zhejiang Blue City Ruili Home is located in a small red brick building in the Bagua Tian scenic area of Hangzhou, winding up along the mountain road. The whole building is an architectural form of red bricks and floor-to-ceiling arched windows, while the interior is made up of a two-story building with steel beams and an attic, where the traditional pitched roof is lifted and reconstructed by large areas of glass to introduce light and scenery.

Functional partitioning and speaking the language of nature are at the core of what we express in a project.The first floor of the building is a showroom space, providing design and product services and displays for private home owners.The second floor is an office space, providing a comfortable working environment for designers.
