In terms of architectural design philosophy, the Dongcheng Jinmao Mansion project has inherited and innovated the Jinmao Mansion series products: it not only continues the classic neoclassical facade composition principle, inherits the consistent precision quality of Jinmao, but also continues the classic top treatment of Jinmao Mansion series buildings. The perfect classical facade design logic is based on a series of innovations in the design style of the Bulgari Hotel. Whether it is the south facing facade, the north facing facade, or the side facade, they are all very coordinated and unified. The exterior wall material adopts a perfect combination of stone and aluminum plate dry hanging. The texture and texture of the stone and the timeless aluminum plate create a comfortable and atmospheric facade effect, which will become a benchmark for high-end residential buildings in Dongcheng. The landscape design of the project can be summarized as two axes, eight gardens, and three main themes.
