设计主要构思：四幢高层划分出三个空间，中间为主入口广场，南北各一个庭园空间，分别设置游泳池和活动草坪；考虑到水景后期维护困难，未采纳最初构思的自然水系，而用点状水景布置在排屋区的重要视觉焦点位置；排屋区中轴线景观，包含中心水景与门楼，以及规则式的种植，烘托出法式建筑的高贵与典雅；每户之间用实体围墙分隔，维护庭园活动的私密性；建筑师巧妙地利用了消防通道及登高场地作为小区的道路广场，给后期景观设计带来很大的便利；漫步小径蜿蜒在自然起伏的地形之中，绿地树丛里布置了儿童游戏场、休息廊架、座椅等设施，灌木丛中点缀石制花钵，满足日常居住游憩需求的同时给人带来身心的愉悦。

Longhefu Villa is in the south of Dongwuwen Park of Lushan New District and 300 meters away from Fuchun River. With water and mountain around, the environment is very quiet and beautiful. The French buildings in Longhefu Villa show the splendid and the north-south private garden is in the terrace area with high privacy. The ground floors of 4 high-rise buildings are vacant, providing the owners with more leisure and entertainment space. The high-end terrace community in the downtown area of Longhefu can fully enjoy the convenience of city life.
Main design concept: The 4 high-rise buildings are divided into 3 spaces, the main entrance square in the middle and courtyard spaces in the south and north. Swimming pool and activity lawn are placed in the courtyard space respectively. Considering the difficulty of waterscape maintenance in the late period, the initial natural water system concept was not adopted, and was replaced by the point waterscape in the significant visual focus locations of the terrace area. The axis symmetric landscape of the terrace area includes center waterscape, gate tower and regular planting to highlight the dignity and elegance of French buildings. Solid wall separates the households to maintain the privacy of courtyard activity. The architect swiftly uses the fire-fighting access and high ground as the road and square of the community, which brings large convenience to the landscape design in the late period. On the natural up and down terrain is the strolling path. Children playground, leisure corridors, seats and other facilities are in the grove. Stone flowerpot can be seen in the bushes. In such environment, the daily residence and leisure requirements can be fully met and people will feel the physical and mental pleasure.
