世茂之西湖是由世茂集团与融创集团联合开发的，位于拥有70多年历史的钱塘江大桥南侧，东起西环路，南至江南大道，北临钱塘江，是钱塘江边最后一处高端江景住宅。项目占地58184平米，建筑面积272083.6平米，规划946多户，是由8幢高层组成的城市综合体，分为南北两个区域，北区为五幢高层住宅，南区由超五星级酒店、写字楼、精品商业步行街组成。

Shimao West Lake is co-developed by Shimao Group and Sunac Group. It is located in the south side of Qiantangjiang Bridge with more than 70 years’ history. Western Ring Road in the east, Jiangnan Boulevard in the south and Qiantangjiang River in the north, it is the last high-end residence with the river view beside Qiantangjiang River. With the total area of 58,184 square meters, the construction area of 272,083.6 square meters and planning households of 946, the Project is the city complex composed by 8 high-rise buildings. It can be divided in to two sections. There are 5 high-rise residence buildings in the northern section and a five-star hotel, an office building and a boutique and commercial pedestrian street in the southern section.
