安之秀菓,一家创办于2010年的西点店铺,位于杭州西湖边南山路,取名来自店铺主人“安”的名字,寓意“心意”,是最早将半熟芝士产品带入国内的第一家西点店,引领了国内的半熟风,连续十年受到广大客户的认同。
设计师从斑驳而深沉的梧桐树出发,将原本奶黄色的简易房改造为深色的外立面,辅以金色边框,让整个建筑能与周边环境彼此呼应,完美融合。 空间运用白色和原木为主色调,营造更加自然明亮的感受,大大的拱形落地窗为店铺吸引了更多的视线和人流,无论是在黄昏还是夜幕下,室内渗透的景色都成为街边一道靓丽的风景。
整个空间设计以质朴的材料呼应安之秀菓在食材上的追求,室内空间仅使用了木制和金属材料,在空间上做减法的最终目的是希望凸显产品的效果呈现。玻璃及天窗的设计,将阳光引入室内,天晴时,当你在店内享受甜点,会惊喜地发现那些流动的光影已成为整个空间的灵魂。

ANSHUKA, located on Nanshan Road near the West Lake, is a western style cake store opened up in 2010. It is named from its owner’s name ‘An’, which means kind feelings. Also, ‘An’ is the first store that brings half cooked cheese into our country, leading the tendency and winning the popular among people in ten consecutive years.
There are lines of sycamore tree out the store, therefore, the designer changed the original milk yellow simple faced into dark color, supplemented with golden frame, in order to perfectly integrate into the surroundings . White and wood color are applied as the main color tone to create a nature and bright atmosphere in the indoor space. The large arched French windows attract lots of customers. Views reflected from the windows become beautiful scenery no matter it is dusk or night.
In order to echo the aspiration of high quality ingredients, the designer only apply plain materials like wood and metal in the space, so that the product itself can be stressed. Glass windows and scuttles lead the sunshine indoor, and when you enjoy the desserts in the store, you’ll find the flowing shadows have been part of the whole space.
